Product Manager
We’re looking for Product Manager to join our team. At the core of the role is a deep understanding of our market and underlying technology to oversee the roadmap of our product suite spanning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and participate in rapid prototyping of ideas and solutions directly with end consumers, clients, and partners. Lead the investigation of various spaces in which there might be opportunities for innovation, recommend the best approaches
- Clearly define the right problems to solve (the what) and ensure we have the right end to end solution to solve them (the how)
- Drive product development and enhancements including market analysis and road map development
- Define product strategy and roadmap through interaction with cross-functional teams, and a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape
- Write specs, manage project execution, UI/UX wireframe, and define product roll-out strategy
- Contribute and/or develop various aspects of sales kits including whitepapers, messaging documents, presentations and product demonstrations
- Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights
- Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high quality product experiences that simplify the way people work together
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 or more years in product management or equivalent roles with activity spanning writing detailed requirement specifications, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and defining product roadmap
- Ability to perform market analysis and competitive analysis and define product requirements, product release plans, and technical demos
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills; solid business acumen; well-honed influencing skills are essential
- Proven organizational and project management skills; ability to multi-task and work on several assignments concurrently required
- Experience with building and managing data driven products
- Technical understanding of programmatic APIs and experience with large application systems development
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Prior experience with products in the NoSQL, Big Data, Database, Cloud and/or Internet of Things technology space is a plus
- Wicked smart and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
