Sales Manager

We are looking for someone who has managed, mentored, and motivated sales reps to succeed. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new B2B markets, managing sales pipelines, and forecasting revenue.

  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
  • Track record of consistently over achieving sales goals/quotas
  • Guide, maintain and implement sales best practices
  • Drive lead penetration, high activity standards, and pipeline management
  • Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales
  • Learn our product to demonstrate the system to prospective clients
  • Identify and develop key target opportunities
  • Develop relationships with our customers and partners
  • 5 years of experience in hi-tech direct sales
  • Previous inside sales management experience
  • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
  • Experience with formal procurement processes, including RFPs, and negotiating contracts
  • Effective presenting, communicating, and selling effectively to senior level executives, on the phone and in person
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, executive presence, superior poise and judgment
  • High energy and drive, coupled with resourcefulness, required to succeed in a startup environment
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Impeccable ethics and a reputation reflecting this
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
